How long does it take for my A2 Certificate to be sent to me after I've passed the exam?
We aim to get your certificate over to you as quickly as possible during working hours but please allow up to 5 working days for it to arrive via email.
When you complete your A2 C of C Theory Examination with our online proctoring service, we receive your results immediately. However, we need to wait for the recording of the session to audited then sent to us to review BEFORE we send you your certificate.
It can take up to 3 working days for our online proctoring partners to get your exam recording over to us and then up to two working days for us to process and send your certificate to you. So if it's been longer than this, please give the office a shout.
Often though, under normal circumstances we'll get your certificate back to you within an day or so... Just bear in mind the above AND, if you complete your Examination outside of our office hours (Monday to Friday, 9-5GMT), the Training team won't be able to review your recording or create your certificates until they're back in the office!
