I have passed my exam but not received any further guidance

Theory exams need to be audited by a human before we can confirm/approve the results, this process usually takes between 2-5 working days. We’ll then be in touch to confirm but please do factor in the additional time as our offices are closed over the festive period.

If you passed your theory examination before the 23rd of December please check your junk/spam folders in case your results have already been processed but our emails have been filtered.
