What Drones can I fly with a GVC Drone Course?

You can fly any drones with a Maximum Take-Off Mass of up-to 25 Kg

The GVC Drone Course is designed to allow you to fly any drones with a Maximum Take-off mass of up to 25 Kg.

If you fly drones that are under 4 kg it may be worth checking out the A2 CofC. If you are unsure give the UAVHUB Training team a call on 0800 033 4400.

 

An example of Drones that you can fly under the UK-PDRA-01 once you have completed a GVC Drone course are:

  • DJI Mavic 2 Pro
  • DJI Phantom 4
  • DJI Matrice 200 Series
  • DJI M600
  • Freefly Alta 6
  • Freefly Alta 8
  • Freefly Alta X
  • Parrot Anafi

As long as the Drone is under 25 Kg MTOM you can fly the drone within your permissions granted by the CAA. Your drones don't need to have a Class/Certification such as C0-C4, unlike the A2 CofC and the Open Category
